there is this quote somewhere which goes like this "some people make things happen, some watch things happen, and some wonder what has happened". i really think i fall in the "watch things happen" but tonight... i wonder what has happened.
lately, ive been regularly going to the gym every tuesdays and thursdays... i feel a lot more energetic.. and surely i lost some weight. Some people notice this and some people don't, but that's not the topic here so... :P
yesterday (tuesday), i was not able to go to the gym because i had to go somewhere else. So today i though i might as well do some jogging and push ups to make up for that... then this strange feeling happened... i can't do even 10 pushups!
before i started going to the gym... i used to be able to do around 20 easily.. no sweat (yabang mode =P) so i'm wondering... what has happened. :( any ideas anyone?
perhaps im working on a different muscle while im in the gym??? anyways.. i wonder...
