month after new year

its been a long time since my last post... this is me in a nutshell

- going to the gym 2 times a week, ive completed my new year resolution last time to lost weight (240 -> 185) trying to tone up now.
- currently trying out yoga, i want to improve my posture.
- tired, have not been able to sleep for days
- trying out cooking with my aunt's daughter
- thinking - some people are always too busy
- what else... hmm dunno sigh
