best wallpaper for my pc!

i've been looking for the perfect wallpaper for my new 19" widescreen LCD monitor =P and i've found the top two which i think fits best... (only two because i can't see another which can compare Ü)

reunion with friends

i had a reunion with some friends today... it had been a long time since most of us has met each other.

we had sandwich buffet, ingredients was spread in a long table and you had to create your own sandwich =D kinda fun. the whole night was spent on "updating each other" (no we are not software applications =P) gossips and some other chit chat =D

well.. thats probably it...

P.S. i got to try my skills at cooking... a first for me!

why can't people just be honest?

people, why can't you just say things straight... gosh you make things so friggin' complicated!

no cone ice cream...

today i went to watch the new 007 james bond film (it rocks!). while waiting for the movie to start, i went lookin' for food (hey it was 3PM have not eaten lunch yet!) after eating my lunch (japanese!) i thought i might get a cup of starbucks for dessert but then i passed through this ad... "no cone ice cream" hmmm... sounds interesting!

it's called crazy crepes, crepe is used instead of ice cream cone. i quickly ordered a mango ice cream crepe... obviously it comes with some mangoes, then some cream, cereals, peanuts and of course the crepe (diet killed =P). once i got hold of it, i started munching hehe... the cream was not cold.. hmm i thought it should be or perhaps the ice cream was much colder =D

after a while i encountered a problem... how do i eat the crepe!!?? sure the spoon can cut through some of thinner parts but not the thicker ones... in the end i resorted to "pulling" the crepe with my bare hands =D

it was a little bit pricey at 105, but it is filling... and it tastes soooo good you ought to try it... its also kinda unique =D

that gorgeous girl

she was walking slowly on the road... her hair was long and beautiful... swaying and moving with her... in an all white dress she looked liked an angel =P...

my sister was mockingly singing "sumasabay sa galaw mo... sumasabay..." (meaning her hair was moving with her... a shampoo commercial song =P)

i purposely stopped the car just to get a glimpse of her... guess what ... she noticed and started staring at us with those scary eyes... yikes!

went straight ahead... that was embarrasing. but she should be grateful someone noticed how beautiful she was =P i think...!

my own ice cream

today i concocted my very own vanilla ice cream... with the help of my sisters =D

it was simple enough ... just mix the following ingredients:
1/2 cup all purpose cream
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon Vanilla flovoring

then freeze....

after a few hours we took it out and guess what... it tasted like ice cream... but

CRUNCHY!!!

it was not creamy at all =( at least it was not bad for a starter... i guess!

i passed 70-315!!!

finally, after days, weeks and months of preparation... I passed the Microsoft Certification Exam 70-315! (Developing and Implementing Web Applications with Microsoft Visual C# .NET and Microsoft Visual Studio .NET) =)

all the hard work finally paid off, and it feels like a fishbone has been removed from my throat =P two exams to go for the MCAD certification... Go! Go! Go!

i wonder what happened

there is this quote somewhere which goes like this "some people make things happen, some watch things happen, and some wonder what has happened". i really think i fall in the "watch things happen" but tonight... i wonder what has happened.

lately, ive been regularly going to the gym every tuesdays and thursdays... i feel a lot more energetic.. and surely i lost some weight. Some people notice this and some people don't, but that's not the topic here so... :P

yesterday (tuesday), i was not able to go to the gym because i had to go somewhere else. So today i though i might as well do some jogging and push ups to make up for that... then this strange feeling happened... i can't do even 10 pushups!

before i started going to the gym... i used to be able to do around 20 easily.. no sweat (yabang mode =P) so i'm wondering... what has happened. :( any ideas anyone?

perhaps im working on a different muscle while im in the gym??? anyways.. i wonder...

an irritating and funny encounter (edit: rethinking, i think what i thought was disgusting)

i usually sleep at the public transport and today is not an exception, the traffic was so bad i was so sleepy yawns... suddenly this "kid" (this adult should grow up!) comes in... takes his nokia 6XXX series (symbian phone) and plays a game at full volume! trying to get attention! everyone's sleeping man! be considerate!

irritated, i started thinking of what if's in my mind... and here's something interesting i'd make up...

the "kid" will surely die while playing galaga or whatever lame shoot em up he's got on his phone...
the old man beside me will surely be excited to see something in action... although he might get a heart problem in a while.. lolz...
the lady in front of me will probably be trying to cast out some devil spirit from me as i saw her praying while the "kid" was just playing a game...
as for the other passengers... i dunno! hahaha

i went shopping today, that's what most girls do when their down... but honestly it works! lolz. bought this tri-fold wallet which i saw a few days back... i never bought it because my wallet was still usable, but since i am a bit down... what the hell! lets buy this wallet! hahaha (just bought one thing though... don't want to be carried away spending lots of money which i should not spend!)

went food trippin the rest of the day... with my parents (its one thing they like... food, that's why look at my size! =P) thankfully, they stopped eating and my diet was not destroyed! hahahaha (been goin' to the gym lately... lost 4 lbs!)

Currently i'm listening to this song (singing with it... you should hear me sing =P), and really looking forward for the "start of something new"

today, the girl I was courting (or perhaps i have not even started =D) tells me that "friendship is all i can offer you....." ouch, i really liked her... loved her... and it ended just like that... anyways i think that love could never be a one sided thing... so let's leave it to that..... =D

after all these happenings, i could only say its nice to have friends, through out the whole process (or whatever you call this courtship thingy) there were friends who showed their concern and helped me in a lot of ways. I sincerely thank you guys for bein' there (yieeee cheesy naman nito lolz).

Best of all we're still friends.... (with her, you know the girl im courting... =D)
